Boston, MA: Selfassembled Ventures is proud to announce its affiliation with, and intention to use, the validated DISC behavioral assessments of TTI Success Insights (TTI SI), a global leader in human behavior assessments.
DISC is an assessment that measures behaviors based on four unique factors: Dominance, Influence, Steadiness and Compliance. The combination of these four factors create a unique DISC profile for each individual.
A person takes a TTI Success Insights assessment by answering a series of questions online, then a report is generated uncovering unique insights about that individual. These insights can be used to improve performance, gauge suitability for a specific position or be used during the hiring process.
DISC uncovers valuable insights for individuals, teams and hiring managers alike due to its ability to measure how a person will typically react in certain situations.
